Jerk Chicken (Drum pan/oven)

Enjoy Jerk chicken fresh off the drum pan the way locals have been doing it for years back home! This option is reserved for warmer weather. Through out the year though, enjoy tender oven jerked chicken served with hardough bread or any other side of your choice.

 

Curry Chicken

Chicken seasoned with traditional Jamaican herbs and spices then rubbed in curry powder and cooked til tender with either diced carrots, potato or both.

 

Curry Goat

Sweet and tender goat meat seasoned with traditional Jamaican herbs and spices, rubbed in Jamaican curry powder and cooked til tender with or without diced potatoes.

 

Curry Fish

Whole or sliced fish seasoned with Traditional herbs and spices, then dusted with Jamaican curry powder. Have curry fish steamed with carrots and/or okras for real island flavor.

 

Brown Stew Chicken

Chicken seasoned with traditional Jamaican herbs and spices then fried til the outside is a golden brown then cooked down in a dutch pot for a taste of old time tradition.

 

Brown Stew Fish

Fleshy Snapper fish or sliced fish seasoned with Jamaican herbs and spices, fried til golden brown and stewed with carrots or okras for a fish lover's dream.

Stew Beef

Diced Beef seasoned with Traditional Jamaican herbs and spices and stewed til tender with carrots and diced potatoes.

 

Stew Peas

Red Peas boiled til soft then seasoned with garlic, scallions, pimento seeds, scotch bonnet pepper and black pepper. Stew peas can be enjoyed with chicken, oxtails or beef spread heartily over white rice.

 

Stew Goat

Goat meat seasoned with traditional Jamaican herbs and spices and cooked til tender with carrots and potatoes.

 

Oxtails

Oxtails seasoned with traditional Jamaican herbs and spices then cooked with butter beans for you to enjoy oxtails cooked the way we like it! Dark, sweet and tender.

 

Liver or Kidney (beef)

This island treat is stewed skillfully so as to allow the meat to remain tender. Enjoy sweet brown Kidney or liver with dumpling and banana or over rice.

Plantains- Ripe or Green

Rice- White // Brown // Rice n' Peas // Coconut// Spinach // Pumpkin 

Ground provisions- Yam, Potato, Pumpkin etc.

Vegetables- Fresh or Steamed
